Signal Vector is what I do now. I advise a few studios and teams, sit on the advisory side for companies like AdLibertas, and build my own products in the Incubator. It's the same work I've chased for over a decade: turn game data into decisions, and decisions into revenue.

I talk about it in the open, on Deconstructor of Fun, AI in Action, and at PocketGamer.

  • VP, Data Platform at Stillfront 2021–2026 · Stockholm

Led the data platform across 23 studios and more than 300 games. The mandate ran wide: data governance, vendor management, a platform-as-a-service the whole group ran on, and a growth platform that stitched best-in-class LiveOps tools into one system.

  • Head of Data Science at Tilting Point 2019–2021

Predicted lifetime value, bid and creative optimization, and the machine-learning side of user acquisition. I came in through the Gondola acquisition.

  • Co-founder & CTO at Gondola 2013–2019

Built the first dynamic-pricing engine for free-to-play games. It priced per player instead of per store, ran millions of multivariate tests to find each price, and held about 12% more revenue across very different titles. 45 million players, and the patents behind it. Tilting Point acquired it in 2019.

  • Before that 2010–2013

I left a PhD in reinforcement learning mid-program to make games for the iPhone. Those games had to sell to players without pushing them away. That question became Gondola.
